In Synero, configuring your business hours ensures that appointments are scheduled during your available times, helping you manage bookings efficiently while improving customer satisfaction. Here’s how to set up your business hours:
1. Understanding Business Hour Priorities
Synero’s working hours are divided into three levels of priority:
- Staff Hours (Highest Priority) – If specific working hours are set for a staff member, available time slots will follow the staff’s schedule, regardless of service or business hours.
- Service Hours (Second Priority) – If no staff hours are set, availability will follow the working hours assigned to each service.
- Business Hours (Lowest Priority) – If no specific hours are set for staff or services, the general business hours will apply.
2. Defining Business Operating Hours
From the Synero dashboard, navigate to Settings → Business Hours and configure your daily availability:
- Closed Days – If your business is closed on certain days, mark those days accordingly.
- Open Days – For operational days, set the opening and closing times to reflect your working hours.
3. Setting Staff-Specific Hours
If different staff members have varying availability, you can assign individual working hours for each staff member. This ensures that appointments are scheduled according to their actual availability.
4. Setting Service-Specific Hours
Some services may only be available at certain times. By setting service-specific working hours, you can limit the availability of a service without affecting other offerings.
5. Adding Breaks & Special Hours
If your business or staff members take breaks during the day (e.g., lunch breaks), you can define these time slots to prevent bookings during those periods. You can also set custom availability for holidays or special occasions.
6. Saving & Applying Changes
Once you’ve set your working hours, save your changes to ensure they are applied across the booking system.
By correctly configuring business, staff, and service hours, Synero ensures that scheduling remains flexible and accurate for both you and your customers.
