Welcome to Synero! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our scheduling and automation platform, including booking tools, payment processing, notifications, and integrations. By using Synero, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Account Registration & Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including bookings, notifications, and integrations.
- You may not share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Email & SMS
Synero offers unlimited email and SMS notifications as part of our platform to ensure smooth communication between you and your customers. However, this is not intended for bulk messaging, spamming, or non-scheduling-related marketing.
Prohibited Uses:
❌ Sending mass marketing campaigns or promotional emails/SMS unrelated to scheduled appointments.
❌ Using Synero’s messaging system for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities.
❌ Automating excessive message sending that exceeds reasonable scheduling needs.
If we detect abuse or excessive use that violates this policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice.
Integrations & Third-Party Services
Synero integrates with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Zoom, Twilio, MailChimp, Stripe, Square, PayPal, and other third-party services. By connecting an integration, you acknowledge that:
- Synero stores relevant data for syncing and display within your dashboard.
- You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the privacy policies and terms of these third-party providers.
- You may disconnect integrations at any time, and Synero will remove associated data upon request.
Payment Processing & Fees
- Synero does not charge additional transaction fees but payment processors (Stripe, Square, PayPal, etc.) may charge standard processing fees.
- You are responsible for ensuring valid payment methods and handling chargebacks or disputes with payment processors.
Account Suspension & Termination
Synero reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms, including the unlimited messaging abuse policy.
- Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
- Fail to comply with integration or payment policies.
Limitation of Liability
Synero provides its services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Loss of revenue or business due to service disruptions.
- Issues caused by third-party integrations or payment processors.
- Unauthorized access or data breaches beyond our control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of Synero after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
