Integrations & Third-Party Services
Users can disconnect and delete their integration data at any time from their Synero account settings.
Data Storage & Security
We securely store the information you share within Synero to provide our services effectively. However, we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Payment details are processed securely through integrated payment gateways, and Synero does not store sensitive payment data.
Additionally, Synero provides built-in Twilio SMS functionality for all users. While we manage and pay for SMS notifications, all messages sent through Twilio are subject to Twilio’s privacy policies.
Users have full control over their stored information and can request deletion at any time.
Your Rights & Data Control
You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data within Synero. If you wish to remove your account or any stored information, you can do so from your account settings or by contacting our support team.
For calendar and communication integrations, revoking Synero’s access through your Google, Microsoft, Zoom, or Twilio account settings will immediately disconnect the integration and remove access to your data.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulations, or our services. Any updates will be posted on this page, and we encourage users to review it periodically.
