Managing Services in Synero

Synero’s Services Module allows you to create and organize your offerings using multi-level service categories, providing a structured and user-friendly booking experience for your clients.

Creating Service Categories

To begin organizing your services:

1. Add a New Category:
   • Click the “+” icon next to ‘Categories’ in the center panel.
   • Enter the category name and click the ‘Save’ icon.
2. Add Subcategories:
   • Click the “+” icon next to an existing category.
   • Select ‘Category’ and enter the subcategory name.
   • Save the subcategory.

Adding Services

Once your categories are established, you can add services:

1. Select the Appropriate Category:
   • Click the “+” icon next to the desired category or subcategory.
   • Choose ‘Service’ from the options.
2. Complete Service Details:
   • A modal window will appear with four tabs:
     • Service Details: Input the service image, name, category, price, capacity (individual or group), and a brief description.
     • Staff: Assign staff members to the service. If a staff member has a specific price for this service, enable ‘Specific price’ and enter the amount.
     • Timesheet: Configure a specific timesheet for the service if it differs from the general business hours. Enable ‘Configure specific timesheet’ and set the availability.
     • Extras: Add additional items or services that clients can select during booking. Specify the name, price, image, duration (if applicable), and maximum quantity.
3. Save the Service:
   • After entering all necessary information, click ‘Save’ to add the service to your offerings.

Managing Services

Synero provides a dynamic interface to manage your services:

• Interactive Service Map: Navigate through your service structure using a map-like view. Zoom in and out or recenter the map as needed.
• Edit or Delete Services: Click on a service to modify its details or remove it from your offerings.
• Unlimited Categories and Services: There are no limits to the number of categories or services you can create, allowing for extensive customization to suit your business needs.
